Race description:
Celebrating it's 5th anniversary, the Fremont Mermaid is an ideal first time triathlon or duathlon. The race features a lake swim, a flat bike course and a run along side Quarry Lakes. You'll relish in the post race festivities as you accomplish your goal.
Please note:
The Team Mermaid Clinic does not guarantee entry to the Fremont Mermaid. It is the athletes responsibility to sign up and register for the event. This event is expected to sell out. To register go to www.mermaidtriathlon.com. Team Mermaids receive a 20% discount on the registration price.

Dates: Week of April 20 (6 weeks program)*
*San Jose Area will meet one week day (Tuesday nights at 6pm or Thursday's at noon, your choice) and Saturday mornings.
*Santa Cruz area will meet one week day (Thursday nights at 6pm or Wednesday's at noon, your choice) and Saturday mornings.
