Come join us as we EASE you into the water at the site of our fremont
mermaid triathlon. This is a 2 hour clinic designed to help you overcome
your fears (you know the ones, everyone else has them too...) and teach you
how to stay calm and safe in the water. We will have safety swimmers and
paddlers in the water to help you through the swim.
There is no swimmer too inexperienced, this is for everyone~ our goal is to
give you a positive open water swimming experience. We will put you into
groups depending on your swimming abilities/feelings and give you a great
experience to start your spring training with. This clinic is limited to 40
women and we reccomend you bring your swim gear (goggles, swim cap, swim
suit, wetsuit(optional)) and a picnic lunch as well as your family and enjoy
the Quarry Lake Park when you are done!!
