Team Mermaid** will spend 3 hours with you going over training for and getting
emotionally ready for the Santa CruzTriathlon in Septmeber... we will spend a good
deal of time working on open water swimming, race strategy (entering and
exiting the water), equipment and basic triathlon knowledge. This clinic is
limited to 40 women and we reccomend you bring your swim gear (goggles, swim
cap, swim suit, wetsuit(optional)) running gear, towel and any questions you
may have for Coach Heidi to go over.
