August 19 and September 8
Clinic 1 Sunday August 19th 9-Noon
Get comfortable
entering and swimming in open water for the upcoming Mermaid triathlon
and receive a training plan leading up the the Sept 30th race.
Clinic 2 Saturday September 8th 9-Noon
Learn how to set up your transitions and move smoothly from
swim to bike to run. We will run a mini-triathlon including open water
swimming to get you comfortable for the race on the 30th.
Both clinics will include plenty of time for questions please contact

SANTA CRUZ Hotel info
Hotels fill up very quickly in Santa Cruz we recommend making
reservation very soon. We do have a block of rooms reserved at the Best
Western Seacliff Inn. It is very close to the course and you'll be able
to ride your bike.
Single and Double occupancy group rate is $149.00 which includes a room
with 2 Queen Beds and complimentary hot buffet breakfast. When making
the reservation be sure to mention the group code: Mermaid Triathlon.

Very close, but a bit farther of a ride and you have to go up a hill
if you want to ride to the race course in the morning. There is a 2
night minimum stay at the Rio Sands.
