Mermaid 60 miles Bike Ride
On Sunday, October 18th at 9 am, Giant for Women and Mermaid Series presents the last of our 2009 bike tours. All riders who pre-register online will get a Mermaid hat, morning snacks, lunch and great support throughout the ride. The 60 mile route begins in Cupertino and heads north, winding your way to Canada Road and continuing to Skyline and back. If you are a competent rider looking for a fun, challenging and safe riding environment, this is for you. We will meet at the back parking lot behind Trader Joes at Foothill Expressway and 280. Mermaid San Francisco Run - 5k / 10k
Let the Mermaid be your perfect excuse for a getaway to San Francisco. Set alongside the famed "gateway" to California, you'll get picturesque views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz and the San Francisco Bay. The route takes you along the running path at historic Crissy Field and brings you literally to the base of the Golden Gate before looping back to the finish. Mini Mermaid Run - San Francisco
We're kicking off the morning at 8:00 a.m. with the mini mermaid run! Check out the start and you'll feel the buzz of excitement as the mini's line up and count down to their 1.5 mile run/walk. Call it pure energy, call it crazy, call it chaos, but when you see the mini mermaids cross the finish line you'll definitely call it fun! <more>

Mermaid San Diego 5k/10k Run - February 13th, 2010
Head south for the winter and come to San Diego! We'll be hosting our first Southern California event at Mission Bay on Saturday, February 13th. Details, maps and registration will be online October 24th. Bienvenidos a San Diego!
