It's a MINI TRI!!! Here is a chance to practice all the elements of racing triathlon in anticipation of the Fremont Mermaid on June 14th. We will have a time of Q&A as well as mini triathlon going over the TRANSITION, a very important aspect to triathlon. We will help you set up your transition, just like you would on race day and practice transitioning between the three events. You will do the entire swim, a short bike ride and a short run.
